BCG Morocco salary: we tell you everything!

There has been a very strong increase in salaries in strategy consulting since the first quarter of 2022, with increases of +8 to 20% compared to previous salaries. We therefore surveyed current consultants and ex-consultants at BCG in Casablanca in order to offer you this salary scale, for each level of seniority in the firm.

BCG Morocco salaries: the annual amount (including bonus) for each position

1. Senior Partner : greater than 3 000 000 MAD
   
   
2. Partner (24 to 36 months of average duration at this level) : 1,400,000 - 2,300,000 MAD
   
   
3. Principal (24 - 36 months of average duration at this level) : 1,100,000 - 1,600,000 MAD
   
   
4. Project Leader (24 - 48 months) : 900,000 - 1,300,000 MAD
   
   
5. Consultant (21 - 36 months) : 700,000 - 850,000 MAD

6. Senior Associate (6 - 18 months): 540,000 - 650,000 MAD
   
   
7. Associate (6 - 18 months) : 420,000 - 500,000 MAD
   
   
8. Visiting Associate (12-18 months): 100,000 - 120,000 MAD
